A: Our biscuits contain wheat, gluten, dairy. May contain soy, peanuts/tree nuts, sulphites and traces of other allergens due to shared equipment.

Q: How long will the biscuits last?

A: Kept refrigerated, they will keep fresh as a daisy for 4 weeks.


Q: How do I store my biscuits?

A: Please keep your biscuits in the fridge, because our chocolate has a high cocoa butter content they will melt quicker than normal chocolate, even in cooler temperatures.

Q: What should I do if I want to return my purchase?

A: Here at The Pimped Biscuit we stand behind our products and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods. All products intended for consumption are non-refundable and we do not accept returns, with the exception of the following;
1. The products are not what you ordered;
2. The delivery is of an incorrect quantity; or
3. If you did not receive the products ordered (other than as a result of you providing incorrect delivery address).

Q: How do you give back?

A: By supporting our local community and donating a percentage of our monthly sales to local and national charities

Q: What if I (or the person I am gifting to) is not home to receive my order?

A: If the recipient cannot be home, but not far away, we suggest leaving a cooler bag out that contains a condensation free ice pack to place your pimped biscuits in. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then the order will be left outside the residence. Due to the volume of deliveries, The Pimped Biscuit are not always able to contact gift-recipients or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order. The Pimped Biscuit retains proof of delivery and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of orders being left safely and securely at unattended premises.

For interstate and regional WA orders, we recommend someone be available to receive the order. As above, The Pimped Biscuit remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of orders being left at unattended premises by Australia Post couriers.

Q: My order is incorrect, how can I change it?

A: If the quantity or product is incorrect, please get in touch with us via the contact us form on our website or, direct email us at orders@thepimpedbiscuit.com.au

Q: What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

A: Please email us at orders@thepimpedbiscuit.com.au for any cancellations 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery date. All monies, less the cancellation fee of 50% of the final price paid will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund orders if they have not been cancelled more than 48 hours prior to delivery.

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?

A: There will always be at least 30 days in advance on the calendar to choose from for your orders. Same day or next day delivery/pick ups are not available.
Minimum cut-off period is 2 days. *(Eg. For Perth delivery on Wednesday, orders need to be in prior to Monday 11.59pm)*

For interstate and regional WA orders, we only post on Monday morning to avoid any delays. If you miss the cut-off period (2 days prior) the next available day to post will be the following Monday.

On occasions there will be a public holiday fall on a Monday in WA, in this case, your order will be shipped on the following business day.


Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes. All our boxes and lids are recyclable. The plastic sleeves that the biscuits are wrapped in are bio-degradable.
