Q: Are the biscuits vegan/allergy free/gluten/dairy free ?
A: No, our Biscuits are made with butter, and whilst not all of our biscuits contain nuts they are made in a kitchen that uses nuts so are not allergy free. Our biscuits also contain flour, milk powder and various toppings which include dairy.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the Mandurah and Perth regions.
Q: How long will the biscuits last?
A: Kept refridgerated, they will keep fresh as a daisy for 3 – 4 weeks.
Q: How do I store my biscuits?
A: Please keep your biscuits in the fridge, because our chocolate has a high cocoa butter content they will melt quicker than normal chocolate, even in cooler temperatures.
Q: What should I do if I want to return my purchase?
A: Here at The Pimped Biscuit we stand behind our products and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods. All products intended for consumption are non-refundable and we do not accept returns, with the exception of the following;
1. The products are not what you ordered;
2. The delivery is of an incorrect quantity; or
3. If you did not receive the products ordered (other than as a result of you providing incorrect delivery address).
Q: How do you give back?
A: By supporting our local community and donating a percentage of our monthly sales to local and national charities
Q: What if I (or the person I am gifting to) is not home to receive my order?
A: If the recipient is not home the order will be left in a safe spot, if there is one. If there is no safe spot we will bring the order back with us and it can be re-delivered for an additional fee or, pick up is available. In warmer months, we advise that a cooler bag containing ice packs wrapped in towel be left out for us to put the biscuits into.
Q: My order is incorrect, how can I change it?
A: If the quantity or product is incorrect, please get in touch with us via the contact us form on our website or, direct email us at email@example.com
Q: What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellations 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery date. All monies, less the cancellation fee of 50% of the final price paid will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund orders if they have not been cancelled more than 48 hours prior to delivery.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: For next day delivery or pick up, orders need be in before 12pm the day before. If you require same day delivery/pick up or a cheeky last minute gift, please contact us via DM on Instagram or email email@example.com to see what availability we may have. Alternatively, there will always be at least 60 days on the calendar to choose from for your orders.
